Initial consultation

Your initial consultation appointment will be conducted over the phone by a member of our assessment team. We’ll have a 30-minute conversation with you to understand your needs.

Decision on suitability for assessment

After your initial consultation, we’ll advise whether we can offer you an assessment at this stage.

Submission of paperwork and payment

Should we confirm that an assessment is suitable, you will be sent links to book the assessment and feedback sessions online. Payment will be taken to confirm the booking. Questionnaires and other paperwork need to be completed at least 7 days prior to the assessment date.

Assessment

We will meet you and your child for a face-to-face session at one of our two locations in North London. Two clinicians will be available to conduct the parent interview and the child’s assessment at the same time. Depending on your child’s age and needs, an adult or caregiver may need to accompany the child to their assessment.
More about assessment.

Feedback appointment

After the assessment and scoring, parents and carers are invited back to discuss feedback. This may include a diagnosis.
